The first ten categories of comments are broken into two basic sections:
POSITIVE & ENCOURAGING The first section expresses areas of improvement, as well as positive and/or encouraging comments.
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM & NEEDS IMPROVEMENT The second section expresses comments that are not so positive and include constructive criticisms and suggestions for improvement.
